Södergården in Söderåsen

Welcome to our carefully renovated 19th century farmhouse, sat within a 5000m2 fenced plot and located at the foot of Söderåsen with a spectacular view of ridge, forest and fields. Ideal for big families, celebrations, get-togethers or companies. It is perfect for those who want to enjoy the silence and beauty of the beech forest on the ridge or there are plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures nearby, such as moose safaris, canoeing on Rönneå or cycling.

Our 16 beds are spread over 5 bedrooms, a sleeping loft and in a family room. Our aim has been to retain the old charm and atmosphere, but add the amenities needed for a relaxing stay in 2023.

The house is designed and equipped to accommodate large families over 3 generations where everyone in the family can have a relaxing holiday or larger friend/work groups who want to socialize and catch up on life.

The spa complex is for relaxation with the purpose of pausing and relaxing, or it can be used as a place to socialize and catch up with life and each other.

Our sauna is for 10 people
The spa bath for 7,
A 40 degree terrace pool has room for 8 people.

We also have 2 relaxers connected to the spa bath terrace and sauna

Pets

We are dog lovers and our furry friends are very welcome to stay. The house is sat within a 5000m2 fenced plot with both garden and nature so four-legged and small-legged can run freely. There are water bowls and easy access to a small field in the rear. There is an additional 300 SEK fee charged due to costs from our cleaning company

Linen

We have robes and linen that are available for hire for an additional fee. We recommend the robes so you can enjoy the sauna complex.

Parking

There is parking for up to 6 cars directly to the left as you enter.

Cleaning

All visits have a mandatory cleaning charge of 2500 SEK

Söderåsen and the surrounding area

This is a magical area. The Söderåsen National park is incredible in all seasons but there are many other activities that we enjoy. We have listed some of them here.
